Rates and free shipping thresholds for these regions are shown at checkout. Standard delivery is 4-12 business days for most destinations. Some destinations in South America, Africa, and parts of Asia may take 7-30 business days depending on local carriers and customs.

Address Changes

Contact us before dispatch. We can't change addresses once an order has shipped.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email contact@shehealth.com. After the carrier investigation, we'll replace or refund the order.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/taxes, customs handling, or brokerage fees depending on your country. These charges are assessed by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient unless explicitly stated otherwise. Customs processing times are outside our control. If customs or the carrier contacts you requesting payment, ID, or additional information to release the parcel, please respond promptly to avoid delays.
