Returns

Email us at support@shehealth.com with any issues within the first 4 weeks and provide us with pictures if there is something wrong with your product.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges so please check in with the size guide available in the product description to make sure you order a correct size.

If received product is damaged -  send us a short description of the error, pictures, and order number within 4 weeks after receiving the order. Send it to support@shehealth.com

In the event, you need a different size or color, you'll need to place a new order. We'll wait for you to place your new order & then we will issue your refund.

You will be notified via email when we have processed your refund. 

Cancellations

You are eligible to cancel your order within 24 hours of making your purchase. We would love to give more time to cancel your order, but when the order is fulfilled by the shipping company, there's no way for us to cancel the order and take it back.

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges except for items damaged in transit.
  • Shipping fees, taxes, and handling charges are Non-Refundable.  

    Shipping Address Problems

    We only follow the shipping information based on what you have entered on the checkout page upon placing your order. We are not liable for lost, held, misdelivery errors, due to incorrect shipping addresses. Hence, order confirmations are immediately sent to our customer's email addresses to confirm the purchase that will also give them time to review its full details.

    If your package gets returned to us due to the incorrect shipping address, you will be refunded for the product(s), not for shipping.

    Lost Packages

    While we are not responsible for any lost packages, we want to ensure you do receive the products you ordered. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us at support@shehealth.com. From there we will work with the shipping carrier to determine whether the package is lost in transit or still en route.

    Shipping carriers typically request up to 21 days to find lost packages after the last update on the tracking was made. We ask our customers to wait 10 days after filing a claim to see if the package can be found by the shipper before we issue a code for reorder. We will also require a signed statement that you, the customer, did not receive the package.

    Additional International Fees

    The customer is responsible for any other shipping charges, duties and taxes not otherwise collected by [SHEHEALTH]. Consult your country’s tax and duties requirements before purchase. Customers are responsible for paying International Customs Charge, when applicable, which is not included with purchase.

    Packages returned will be processed according to the order it was received. Processing may take 2-3 weeks to complete. Lost packages will receive a code with free shipping once a file is claimed to reorder your items.

    Defective / Incorrect Items

    Defective or incorrect items must be reported to customer service (support@shehealth.com) within 24-48 hours of delivery to ensure your exchange is properly processed. Please include a photo of the damaged item along with your order # in the email. If not reported within the time frame, you may not receive replacement or refund.

    Delivery Policy:

     

    1. General Information

      All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

    2. Delivery Location

      Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the United States of America (plus extended territories) and International Shipping. We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in the United States of America and extended territories.

      3. Delivery Time

      An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

      Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 4 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

      Please note we do not ship on Sundays.

      Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

      You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website.

      5. Shipping Costs

      Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

      Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

      Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
