How to Make Delicious Keto Sushi at Home

Are you a sushi lover who is also following a ketogenic diet? You may think that sushi is off the menu due to its high carb content, but fear not! With this keto sushi recipe, you can indulge in all the flavors of traditional sushi while still staying in ketosis.


  • 5 oz smoked salmon
  • 16 oz cauliflower
  • 5 sheets nori
  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 6 inch cucumber
  • 1/2 medium avocado


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Chop the cauliflower into small pieces and pulse in a food processor until it reaches a rice-like consistency.
  3. Spread the cauliflower rice evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until slightly browned.
  4. While the cauliflower rice is baking, slice the cucumber and avocado into thin strips.
  5. Lay a sheet of nori on a flat surface and spread a layer of cream cheese on top.
  6. Add a layer of cauliflower rice, leaving about an inch of space at the top.
  7. Place the smoked salmon, cucumber, and avocado strips in a row on top of the cauliflower rice.
  8. Use your fingers to roll the nori sheet tightly, starting from the bottom and rolling upwards.
  9. Once rolled, use a sharp knife to slice the roll into bite-sized pieces.
  10. Repeat with the remaining nori sheets and ingredients.
