Well let’s see, shall we? Well, on the label, there is a pretty long list of ingredients including things such as avocado oil, coconut sap, organic apple cider vinegar, organic lemon juice concentrate, black pepper, organic gum acacia, and guar gum.
There are some pretty obscure ingredients there, but most of them are stated to be organic, which is good if you’re wanting to eat clean.
The main ingredients the company highlights are avocado oil, apple cider vinegar, and herbs and spices. Unlike the caesar dressings you might pick up in the grocery store, this is not cream-based as it contains no dairy.
This might lead you to think that there will be no fat in this item but that is certainly not correct. This bottle is powered by fats, just healthier fats.
The label claims that it has 14 grams of fat per two tablespoons serving, but when you look at the ingredients, it’s easy to see where it comes from.
Most of the ingredients are low calorie and low sugar but anyone who has ever tried to seriously lose some weight before will know that fat contains the highest calorie content per gram of all food groups.
Despite this, many diets and lifestyles see success from high fat, low carb diets such as the Keto or Paleo diets.

For your own information, nutritional yeast is actually pretty, you know, nutritional and it’s usually added to make foods more energy-rich and good for you, so we don’t actually have any issues with that.
The label explains that coconut aminos are a combination of coconut sap and sea salt, so there are no artificial ingredients there.
As for the lemon juice, fresh might have been better but we do get that it’s in a bottle and there are limitations on the shelf life of fresh ingredients, so we’re not too upset by that.
Overall, this product looks to be mostly made from unprocessed, natural, and often organic ingredients and we love that it contains no dairy.
If you are allergic to egg or tree nuts, then you should avoid this product though since it contains both organic eggs and coconut products.
